What are the candles made of?

All our products are made with premium fragrance oils and natural soy wax. Soy wax candles are environment friendly and this way we make sure you are not inhaling any toxins.

 

Do you have a store I can visit in-person?

Currently, we do not have a stand-alone store of our own. All our products can be found on our website or specific pop-up markets. Details about our next pop-up can be found on our social media.

 

Should I blow my candle to turn it off?

Blowing out your candle can produce snoot and smoke or even risking blowing droplets of hot liquid wax in the surrounding area. We recommend for you to use a candle snuffer as it puts the flame out by depriving it of oxygen.

 

Does freezing my candle make it last longer?

Sorry but its fake news . Freezing the candle will make the wax crack when subjected to fast temperature swings. Your candle might even end up not burning evenly or at all.

 

How quickly will my order by shipped?

All our candles and wax melts are handmade by us. When the order has been received, we start making the products and dispatch them in no more than 4 working days. This results in fresh products made per order.

 

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at this time.

 

Can your containers be reused?

Yes! Our candle glasses can be reused. Once there is about 1/4 inch of wax left, stop using the candle. Use caution and care when removing the remaining wax, wicks and any labelling. Our suggestion is to gently scrape out the wax and wicks/wick stickers with a plastic utensil (discard all wax in the trash - never put wax down the drain or garbage disposal). Then place the container in hot soapy water to soften any residue and labels, and wash, rinse and dry. Note: we assume no liability for candle containers or subsequent results of reuse by the consumer, once purchased.
